Pasta & Greens

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of any leafy green vegetables (spinach, kale, arugula, collards)
  • 1/2 Container of Gluten free brown rice pasta penne
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. cook pasta
  2. put all the other ingredients in a pan and sauté on medium heat for 10min
  3. mix cooked pasta with other ingredients for 5 min
